The historical façade of this 1880’s building conceals the luxury of the multi million pound factory warehouse conversion. The conservation officers would only allow sympatric steel framed doors to match the original cast iron windows. Lightfoot Windows (Kent) Ltd worked closely with the architects and contractors to ensure requirements were met for both Conservation and thermal performance for Building Control. Crittall W20 windows and doors, using real steel glazing bars, blend beautifully within the industrial London Brick exterior.
